This is another idea that I had which will take some programming. I noticed that there are hundreds of books out there that are suggesting all sorts of crazy shortcut diets that should get you the body you want as fast as possible. However, at the same time, whenever you go to the doctor's office, they don't tend to push you towards any specific diet, they just say keep healthy foods in you and exercise. I thought the best way to show someone proper nutrition is to go back to the source: nutritionists. I plan to interview with some and find out some info. From that, I will create a program that suggests excercising and eating strategies to keep a person in tip top shape. Possibly, it will also have a funciton that allows you to enter what you ate during the day and it will give you feedback.
